Who we are?

This College is under the control of Popular Educational Trust which consists of around 50 members. A managing committee is running the College with the able guidance and advice of an efficient and dynamic advisory committee like Prof P.O.J Lebba, Prof. Dr.S.K.Pillai (Prof. Emeritus and former HOD of IIT Mumbai) and Prof. Ahamed Kutty, well experienced in the field of Technical Education.

A library is a store house of knowledge .We should be proud of having a good library in our college .Our library has a huge collection of books numbering 12,312 volumes on many subjects and number of periodicals, journals weeklies and dailies.

Red Ribben Club
There is a Youth Red Cross Unit in our college through which, blood donation, first-aid and fire fighting training are conducted.
National Service Scheme
There are two units of NSS which have 50 volunteers. Our NSS units have been rendering social service since 2008 such as construction works, medical camps, technical activities, awareness programmes, cleaning works, planting of trees, de-silting programmes, road repair works, medical camps.
Sports and Games
The Department of Physical Education aims at encouraging the students to participate in indoor and outdoor games and improves the sportsman qualities. Students are encouraged to participate in tournaments, games, matches and sports organized by other colleges. Our students bag more than 25 medals and own division level championship and also for state level events every year.
